Wow, now I know I'm a late bloomer. I didn't start pretending to be Anne of Green Gables until I was in my 30's.
I, too, thinks it takes a lot of maturity to appreciate Anne with an "e"! For me, though, I'll go straight to the source — it's Lucy Maud Montgomery, herself, I admire. Genius!
