Not at first, but the whole premise is that most of our misery is caused by avoiding discomfort and then feeding destructive patterns. Instead, just feel the discomfort for what it is, and develop a curiosity about it.
Not that I am able to always comply, but I'm working on it, and trying to find kindness in my heart for even myself. 🙂

Seek out the edge and enjoy groundlessness. Can't honestly say that I enjoy that feeling.
