    That was very moving, Emily. I send you all my support of hope and love for a good recovery. I hope you are able to get out on the rink and skate. Such a fluid exercise must help? All the best to you.

    Take it very steadily Emily! It took six months for me to play properly after my Scapula was broken when I was a 24 year old Trombone player. Give it plenty of time!

    Thanks for letting us follow your journey. The body does retrace injuries while healing. Time is your best healer while helping the body learn the right movements. I look forward to you teaching again. It will take a year to know where you will land. Oops … there goes that patience lesson again.
